Big Bungalow with equipped kitchenette downstairs; bathroom and two full beds upstairs. The Junior Suite are in front of the ocean. They have Air Conditioning, ceiling fan, a king size bed, a little fridge and private bathroom.

- during July/August and Dec 20/Apr 30, we do not accept reservations for less than a 4 nights stay

- during July/August we accept reservations for less than a 4 nights stay (minimum 2 nights) only with the Whale-Sharks Tour included

- 50% advanced payment is required to book your stay. The balance is required upon arrival

- reservations through e-mail

- the stated prices are applicable for 2008/2009

- in case of cancellation we refund 50% of the deposit only with an advance notice of 30 days before the date of arrival

- in case of natural disaster, hurricane, flood, evacuation we refund 50% of the deposit
